How do I return a product?
Items can be returned within 30 days if they are unused and in their original condition. You can choose a refund, store credit, or exchange.
Conditions:
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Store credits, or exchanges will be processed within 1 business day after receiving the returned item if it meets the return conditions. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item if it meets the return conditions.
- Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.

What happens after my return is received?
Returns are processed within 1 business day for exchanges or store credits. Refunds are issued within 7 business days.
- If you would like a replacement it will be sent within 1 business day. You will receive tracking information for delivery.
- If you would like credit for future in-store purchases you will receive it within 1 business day via a code to your email.
- If you would like a refund of your payment you will receive it within 7 business days.
